What is Cranial Facial Release?
Cranial Facial Release (CFR) is a technique that involves applying gentle pressure to the bones of the skull and face to help improve the flow of cerebrospinal fluid and restore proper alignment.
This is accomplished by inserting a small balloon into the nose and inflating the balloon for a brief moment. It feels like you are under water for a moment.

Testimonial
Many of my patients say they can breathe freely for the first time ever or for the first time in years.
Dysesthesia or glossodynia or stomatopyrosis = burning mouth syndrome was relied after years of suffering.
Webber: “From the time I was little I suffered from a deviated septum. It affected my breathing, sleep, and eating. My parents always had a trash can beside my chair at the kitchen table because I would throw up at every meal.. I didn’t find Dr. Cindy until I was 18 years old. I didn’t know Cranial Facial Release existed until then. After a few sessions of CFR I could eat and not throw up. I could breathe easily and effortlessly.”
Key targets of CFR
- Open breathing passageways
- Mobilize cranial bones (sutural correction)
- Unlock cranial fixations (sutural correction)
- Correct cranial aberrations (meningeal correction)
- Facilitate Cerebral Spinal Fluid Flow (meningeal correction)
- Facilitate Vascular Flow to the Brain
- Increase Venous Drainage via the Superior & Inferior Sagittal Sinus
- Increase Lymphatic Drainage from the Cranium
- Optimize Brain Function
- Optimize Endocrine Function
- Vertigo
- Trigeminal Neuralgia
- Snoring
- Learning Disorders
- Neurological Disorders
Sometimes we will see improvement in hearing, tinnitus and vision.
Cranial Facial Release is:
An advanced form of “Balloon Assisted” cranial Adjusting that incorporates teh use of tiny balloons that are carefully inserted in the nose (nasopharynx) and quickly inflated to open up the breathing passageways, unlock cranial fixations and mobile the bones of the face and cranium.
